Deo-Toilet

What is included in the Deo-toilet Set?

Deo-toilet Set includes :
• 1 Deo-Toilet
• 1 Sekop
• 1 Pack of sand (2 Litre)
• 1 Pack Antibacterial Underpads (4 pcs)

How often should I replace the litter and underpad in the Deo-toilet?

For use with one cat (average weight of 8 kg):
* Underpad: Replace once a week.
* Litter: Replace completely once a month.
Results may vary depending on the number of cats using it, body weight, physical condition, urine volume, and the season.

Can the Deo-toilet anti-odor sand be washed and reused?

Deo-toilet anti-odor litter cannot be washed, as washing it compromises its absorption efficiency.
Litter soiled by cat waste (poop) should be discarded immediately, while uncontaminated litter can be reused.

Can Deo-toilet sand be thrown into the toilet?

NO. Deo-toilet litter is not water-soluble and will clog toilet pipes. Dispose of used litter and solid waste in an appropriate trash bin.

What should you do if your cat swallows cat litter?

Observe the symptoms. Watch for signs of illness in your cat, such as:
Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation or difficulty passing stool, a swollen and painful abdomen, or weakness and lethargy.
Coughing or difficulty breathing (if the litter is inhaled), and a reduced appetite or refusal to eat.
Note: Stop using the litter and consult a veterinarian immediately. The vet will perform a physical examination and may conduct further tests, such as X-rays, to check for any blockage in the digestive tract. Do not force the cat to vomit; doing so could actually cause further harm.

How do I find the expiration date of the Deo-toilet product?

The expiration date for Deo-toilet products—both the litter and the underpads—can be found on the packaging. The date printed on the packaging indicates the date of manufacture. The shelf life is three years from the manufacturing date.

Deo-Sheet

What is the function of the Deo-sheet?

Deo-sheets serve as ultra-dry, odor-free pee pads for dogs. Featuring Quick-Dry Gel technology, they transform urine into gel to prevent spreading and leakage. Infused with antibacterial agents and botanical fragrances, they effectively reduce odors for extended periods, even in enclosed spaces.

Can Deo-sheets be used as pee pads for cats?

While it is possible, this is not recommended because it goes against a cat's natural instinct to dig in soil or sand before and after eliminating. If a cat urinates on an underpad, it tends to scratch at the material, which can tear the sheet and cause the absorbent gel inside to spill out.
Using an underpad prevents them from burying their waste, a factor that often triggers stress or makes them reluctant to use it again.

What are the advantages of Deo-sheets compared to medical underpads or pads designed for humans?

Deo-Sheets are specially designed for pet urine. They feature a super-fast-absorbing polymer that prevents urine from spreading or seeping onto the floor, and contain deodorizing materials to reduce pungent urine odors.

What are the recommendations for replacing the Deo-sheet?

Replace the Deo-sheet immediately if the entire surface is wet or saturated.
However, dogs have widely varying habits, preferences, and "cleanliness standards" regarding underpad usage, so the frequency of replacement can be adjusted—provided the underpad's capacity is not exceeded.

If a leak occurs while using Deo-sheets, what is the cause?

Leakage issues may occur during use if:
• Usage is incorrect; ensure the product is used according to the instructions on the packaging, as improper use can lead to a poor fit and subsequent leakage.
• The Dog is positioned too far to the side or incorrectly during urination, which can cause leakage.
• The duration of use is excessive; ensure the usage time does not exceed capacity, and replace the sheet immediately if its entire surface is wet or saturated.

Deli-Joy Treats

Are Deli-Joy Treats really made from 100% real fish?

The primary animal-based ingredients in Deli-Joy are 100% real fish or chicken, utilizing prime meat rather than by-products such as offal, blood, scales, and the like.
The quality of the meat used is equivalent to that consumed by humans.

Is it okay for kittens to consume Deli-Joy Treats formulated for adult cats?

This is not recommended, as kittens are still growing and require a higher level of nutrition—and different nutritional needs—compared to adult cats.
If you wish to offer treats, ensure you choose ones specifically formulated for kittens, such as Deli-Joy Treats Kitten.

Why are Deli-Joy Kitten Treats darker in color compared to the Adult variety?

Kittens undergoing rapid growth require a very high intake of vitamins and minerals for organ development.
The nutrient-dense composition of Deli-Joy Kitten Treats results in a deeper color.
The darker color of these wet kitten treats actually indicates that Deli-Joy Kitten Treats are rich in the nutrients essential for their growth and development.

How can I determine the shelf life of Deli-Joy Treats products?

Shelf life is 2 years from the date of production. The "Best Before" date is printed on the back of the Deli-Joy packaging.

How can Deli-Joy Treats last up to two years without preservatives?

All Deli-Joy products are sterilized using high-temperature steam heating (retorting), allowing them to have a long shelf life without preservatives.

What is the difference between the stick (sachet) type and the spoon type of Deli-Joy Treats?

●Product packaging format. Deli-Joy Sticks come in long, slender sachets, whereas Deli-Joy Spoons feature a spoon-shaped package.
This variety allows cat parents to choose the option that best suits their cat's snacking habits or their own personal preference.
● Cat's age. Deli-Joy Stick/sachet treats are available for both adult cats and kittens, while Deli-Joy Spoons are currently available only for adult cats.
Please ensure you provide the Deli-Joy treat that is appropriate for your cat's age.
● Flavor combinations. Stick type: every stick has the same flavor; for example, "Creamy Tuna & Salmon" means every stick/sachet in the pack contains a blend of Tuna and Salmon.
Spoon type: the flavor varies by spoon; for example, the "Skipjack Tuna & Salmon" variant means a single pack contains two spoons of Tuna flavor and two spoons of Skipjack Tuna blended with Salmon.

If Deli-Joy has been opened and only half of it has been eaten, is it still safe to serve it again?

Deli-Joy products are safe to consume within 24 hours of opening, provided any remaining product is tightly sealed and stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Deli-Joy Wet Food

One of the Deli-Joy Wet Food variants is Tuna Topping Katsuobushi. What does Katsuobushi mean?

Katsuobushi is a Japanese food product consisting of shavings or thin slices of dried skipjack tuna (*katsuo*).
It is most commonly used as a topping or garnish for hot dishes such as Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki.

Is it okay for kittens to consume Deli-Joy Wet Food formulated for adult cats?

This is not recommended because kittens are still growing and require a higher level of nutrition—and a different nutritional profile—than adult cats.
If you wish to provide wet food, ensure it is specifically formulated for kittens, such as Deli-Joy Wet Food Kitten.
Potential consequences of kittens frequently consuming wet food intended for adult cats include:
- Calorie and protein deficits that can stunt growth.
- Deficiencies in calcium and phosphorus, which are essential for the development of a kitten's bones and teeth.

Is it OK to mix Deli-Joy Wet Food with dry food?

Yes, you can. Mixing wet and dry food—often referred to as "mixed feeding"—is a popular practice highly recommended by many veterinarians.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Do not leave the mixture out at room temperature for too long. Dry food that has come into contact with the gravy or juices from wet food will become soggy and quickly turn into a breeding ground for bacteria and mold.
- Avoid doubling the portion. Do not serve a full portion of dry food topped with a full portion of wet food. Instead, split the portions—for example, 50% of the daily dry food allowance and 50% of the daily wet food allowance.
- Use food appropriate for their age. Ensure that both the wet and dry food you mix are suitable for your cat's life stage (i.e., both are formulated for kittens or both for adult cats).

What are the benefits of Deli-Joy Wet Food?

In addition to containing protein essential for cats, Deli-Joy wet food has a high moisture content that offers several benefits, namely:
1. Maintaining urinary tract health
2. Managing weight
3. Supporting skin and coat health
4. Maintaining hydration

How do I find out the shelf life of Deli-Joy Wet Food products?

Deli-Joy Dry Food

Is Deli-Joy Dry Food Topping really made from 100% real fish?

The main ingredients of Deli-Joy Dry Food Topping are 100% real fish and chicken, free from by-products—such as offal, blood, scales, and the like—and containing no artificial additives.

What kind of fish powder is used in Deli-Joy Dry Food products?

Bonito Fish Powder (Skipjack Tuna). This fish powder serves to enhance the aroma and deliciousness of Deli-Joy Dry Food.

What does "freeze-dried" mean?

Freeze-drying is a preservation method that involves freezing the product and then removing almost all its water content through sublimation (turning ice directly into vapor) under a vacuum.
Despite this process, the food retains its original nutrients, shape, color, and flavor. It also boasts a potent aroma and a naturally savory taste—since no nutrients or juices are lost—making it a favorite among picky-eating cats.

Can Deli-Joy Dry Food be consumed by kittens?

This is not recommended because kittens are still in a growth phase and require higher nutritional intake that differs from the needs of adult cats.
The currently available Deli-Joy Dry Food product is specially formulated for adult cats aged one year and older.

How do I transition from my old cat food to Deli-Joy Dry Food?

Cats are prone to vomiting, and sudden changes in diet can cause digestive upset. To allow your cat's digestive system time to adjust to the new food, it is best to make the transition gradually:
Days 1–2: 25% Deli-Joy Dry Food, 75% old dry food.
Days 3–4: 50% Deli-Joy Dry Food, 50% old dry food.
Days 5–6: 75% Deli-Joy Dry Food, 25% old dry food.
Day 7: 100% Deli-Joy Dry Food.

What if my cat seems to have trouble eating the dried anchovy topping in Deli-Joy Dry Food?

We recommend breaking the fish into smaller pieces and mixing it with their food. If a small piece of fish gets stuck in your cat's throat, carefully remove it and closely monitor your cat's condition. We also recommend consulting a veterinarian if necessary.

What if my cat develops diarrhea after eating Deli-Joy Dry Food?

• Have you followed the cat food transition method outlined in point 5? If you switched all the food at once, please carry out a gradual transition as recommended.
• If diarrhea occurs during the gradual transition, revert to the previous step and monitor your cat's condition; try switching again once the cat has recovered.
• If diarrhea persists for more than 24–48 hours—or is accompanied by lethargy, a complete refusal to eat or drink, or vomiting—the food may be unsuitable for your cat (potentially due to allergies or sensitivity to specific ingredients). In this case, stop feeding it the food and consult a veterinarian if necessary.

Can Deli-Joy Dry Food cure cat illnesses?

While Deli-Joy Dry Food does offer the seven health benefits listed on its packaging, it is not a therapeutic or medical cat food specifically formulated to treat, manage, or slow the progression of specific medical conditions or diseases in cats.
Deli-Joy Dry Food is formulated to meet daily nutritional needs and maintain the health of cats, in accordance with the AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for adult cat maintenance.

How do I find out the shelf life of Deli-Joy Dry Food products?

Shelf life is 18 months from the date of production. The "Production Date" and "Best Before Date" are printed on the back of the Deli-Joy packaging.

Manner Wear

How do I choose the right size of Manner Wear for my dog?

Ensure you use the Manner Wear product appropriate for your dog's gender: Manner Wear Boy for males and Manner Wear Girl for females.
Check the Manner Wear size information on the packaging or on the "About Manner Wear" page of this website.
In addition to considering the dog's breed, make sure to measure the waist circumference using a cloth measuring tape, ensuring it is not pulled too tightly.

For Male Dogs
The correct position for measuring the waist is exactly halfway between the base of the front legs and the base of the hind legs, or just above the ribcage closest to the dog's hindquarters.

For Female Dogs
The correct waist position is one-third of the distance from the base of the hind legs to the base of the front legs, as shown in the following diagram:

Consider Fur Thickness: If your dog has a very thick or dense coat, add a margin of about 2–3 cm to your measurement, or leave enough slack to fit 1–2 fingers between the dog's body and the measuring tape, to ensure the diaper doesn't pinch or fit too tightly later on.

What if my dog's waist measurement falls between two sizes?

If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes (e.g., between S and M), always choose the larger size (M).
You can tighten the fasteners, but a size that is too small will restrict your pet's movement and risk causing skin chafing.
It is especially recommended to choose the larger size if your pet has very thick or dense fur.

Can Manner Wear Boy (male) diapers be used for female dogs, or vice versa?

Using male dog diapers for female dogs
This is not feasible because their genital placement differs. A male dog's genitals are located on the lower-to-mid abdomen, which is why male dog diapers are designed as belly bands.
In contrast, a female dog's vulva is located further back and lower down, directly beneath the anus (between the hind legs); consequently, female dog diapers are designed like pants.

Using female dog diapers for male dogs
It depends on the intended use. They can be used to contain bowel movements (poop).
However, if used to contain urine, there is a higher risk of leakage if the male dog's genitals are not completely covered by the diaper.

Can Manner Wear diapers be used for cats?

While it depends on the specific type of Manner Wear used, it is generally not recommended because the anatomical placement of the genitals differs between dogs and cats.
The "Manner Wear Girl" variant is shaped like pants that cover the hips and buttocks and features a tail hole; while it might be possible to use this on a cat, you would need to select a small size that fits the cat's waist circumference.
The "Manner Wear Boy" variant is designed as a belly band that wraps around the midsection without covering the buttocks or including a tail hole, making it unsuitable for cats.
A male cat's genitals are located lower down near the anus, whereas the "Manner Wear Boy" is worn around the waist (further forward), meaning urine would likely leak out of the diaper.

However, we recommend choosing a diaper specifically designed for cats.
Cats have more flexible bodies, enjoy jumping high, and are very adept at escaping restraints. Standard dog diapers often slip down or fall off easily when a cat moves actively.
Cat-specific diapers usually feature a higher waistline and stronger adhesive fasteners to prevent them from slipping down during jumps.

I previously used size S dog diapers from another brand; can I also use size S diapers for Manner Wear?

It is best to select the right "Manner Wear" based on your pet's waist circumference and weight, as sizing charts can vary between brands.

Can I use baby diapers for my dog?

This is not recommended because a dog's hip shape differs from that of a human baby, making baby diapers more prone to slipping off if the dog is very active.
Baby diapers also lack a tail hole, so one must be cut manually, which can increase the risk of leakage when used on a dog.
